Apart-hotel Panorama is a project by developer KaliningradStroyInvest in Pionersky, on the first line in the centre of the resort, with its own landscaped path down to the sea. The building has five storeys and is positioned as a four-star hotel. At its centre is an atrium with an open staircase, a skylight and a panoramic lift — a second lift goes down to the underground car park. Completion is due in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The apartment formats stretch from compact 25 square metres to a single four-room unit of 105.5 square metres — more than a fourfold difference. Only one-room apartments sit on the ground floor; two-, three- and four-room units all start from the second floor up, so the larger the format, the higher it sits above the lobby and restaurant below.

This is an apart-hotel, not a residential building: the ground floor is taken up by a restaurant and cafeteria with summer terraces, and the building runs as a four-star hotel rather than a neighbourhood block. It is not the format for permanent living — what you buy here is a hotel unit, not an apartment in the usual sense.
