Ever is a TEKTA GROUP development in the Obruchevsky District of Moscow: three towers rising to 34 storeys. The building has already been handed over.

If you are going to live here

The building, the floor, the layout — none of this is on paper anymore: the towers stand, and a buyer can walk the apartment and check the view before signing. A loggia comes only with some of the larger two-room layouts; every other layout has neither a loggia nor a balcony. Moving in waits on your own renovation, but the internal layout and materials are yours to choose.
