Insider is an RKS Development project in the Danilovsky District of Moscow. Handover is set for the third quarter of 2026 — very soon.

If you are going to live here

With handover this close, the choice between the two finish options is really a choice about how fast you move in: a finished unit is ready for a resident right after the building is delivered, while a bare-shell unit still needs time and money for renovation — but in exchange the owner sets the internal layout and materials.

If you are buying to let

A finished unit can go straight onto the rental market after handover, with no renovation pause — for a rental business that is several months of income right there. A bare-shell unit creates that pause, but gives control over the finish a tenant will actually see.

If you are holding for capital growth

The building is close to handover, and most of the construction-stage gain has already been taken — one quarter remains before completion. From here the logic starts to resemble an already-delivered object: the outcome will depend more on location and the district's liquidity than on the build itself.
