About the complex
Level Voykovskaya is a Level Group development in the Voykovsky District of Moscow: three buildings rising to 26 storeys. Handover is set for the third quarter of 2028.
The three buildings are not delivered the same way: two hand over apartments as a bare shell, the third delivers a whitebox finish. The layout set is shared across the whole complex — from studios of 28.6–29.1 m² to four-room apartments of 99.4–120.5 m².
If you are going to live here
Construction is still under way, so for now a building and layout are chosen from the project, not from a finished structure. The whitebox building gets you closer to moving in without a full renovation; the other two need the complete finishing cycle. Heights up to 26 storeys and layouts spanning studio to four rooms mean different neighbour density from one building to the next.
If you are buying to let
The whitebox building reaches the rental market faster after handover, since it needs less investment before the first tenant; the bare-shell buildings require full renovation first. The studio-to-four-room range covers both a single tenant and a family.
If you are holding for capital growth
With handover set for 2028, most of the construction-stage gain still lies ahead. Three buildings and ground-floor commercial space ranging from small units to one large-format lot widen the pool of future co-owners, which will shape liquidity once the complex is delivered.
