About the complex
MO'RE is a residential complex by the Merkuriy construction company, two buildings of an elevated comfort class in the Pionersky urban okrug, on the border with Svetlogorsk, 250 metres from the Baltic Sea. Completion is set for the third quarter of 2027. Heating is autonomous and gas-fired, and apartments are handed over prepared for finishing work.
The one-room and two-room apartments here meet at a single point. The one-room apartments top out at 55.1 m², and the two-room apartments start from that very same area, 55.1 m² — right at the boundary, the choice is decided not by room count but by how those square metres are divided inside. Beyond that, the two-room apartments grow to 66.6 m², while the one-room apartments go as low as 32.4 m² — each class has its own floor and ceiling.
If you are going to live here
The sea is 250 metres away, Pionersky's central beaches a five-minute walk, and shops and cafés within walking distance. Heating is autonomous and gas-fired, parking has its own dedicated zone, and the courtyard has multi-level landscaping with children's and sports areas. Basement storage rooms take care of bicycles and seasonal belongings. Apartments are handed over prepared for finishing: moving in does not wait on a full renovation, though you still choose and fit the final finish yourself.
If you are buying to let
Being close to the sea and to Pionersky's beaches favours seasonal letting: there are noticeably more one-room layouts in the building than two-room ones — the standard format for that kind of flow. The two-room apartments, starting from the same area as the top of the one-room range, suit a family that needs a separate bedroom rather than extra floor space. Five minutes away is Svetlogorsk with its well-known Yantar Hall, so rental demand does not depend on the swimming season alone.
If you are holding for capital growth
The building is still under construction, with completion in 2027 — the construction-stage gain is still ahead. The complex stands 250 metres from the sea on the border of two resort towns, and its location gives a quick route to both Kaliningrad and other resort towns in the region. Coastal housing at the junction of two resorts tends to hold liquidity through demand from both directions — Svetlogorsk's and Pionersky's.
