Sea Parkcondos in Svetlogorsk

Sea Park is a Baltic Stern development on Korabelny Street in Svetlogorsk, a resort town on the Baltic coast. The building was handed over in early 2026: the grounds are closed, finished in light tones, and built in the resort zone.

The building has only four floors, and the apartments are not spread evenly across them: one-room apartments, 40 to 46.4 m², occupy the first through third floors, while two-room apartments, 52.9 to 58.2 m², start only at the third floor and exist only on the third and fourth. The bottom two floors are one-room only; the family-size format sits exclusively upstairs.

If you are going to live here

Apartments were handed over with the interior finished, so moving in does not wait on a renovation. The terraces are arranged so the view is not open to neighbours, the enlarged windows bring in more daylight, and a closed territory with video surveillance and access control keeps the courtyard quiet. Anyone who wants a family apartment rather than a one-room unit should look at the third or fourth floor — the format simply does not exist any lower.

The building is already handed over and occupied, and Svetlogorsk's resort status works for letting from day one, with no wait. The one-room apartments on the lower floors are a workable format for both long-term letting and nightly rental in high season: the finish is already done, so there is no renovation before the first tenant. The two-room apartments above are a family tariff, not a tourist one.

If you are holding for capital growth

The building is handed over, and the construction-stage gain here has already been fully taken — there is no longer a way in for the gap between groundbreaking and keys. What remains is a small, closed territory — just four floors and a narrow format range — and a resort location that has historically held demand better than a non-recreational town.
