Nordis is a business-class club-house building by developer Merkuriy on Sovetskaya Street in Yantarny, in the town centre, on the Baltic coast, next to the century-old beeches of Becker Park. Designed by architect Ilya Solovyov, built in a Scandinavian minimalist style. Completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The building officially offers one layout type — one-room — but within that single room count the floor area spreads almost twofold: from 36.1 to 68 m². By size this is effectively two different offers under one label: a compact apartment, and one that by size sits closer to a two-room apartment, just without a second partition on the plan.
