Cornflowers is a GK KSK complex on Okruzhnaya Street in the village of Vasilkovo, in the Guryevsky district. The building has eight storeys. By car, it's five minutes to the city centre and twenty to the sea. Handed over in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The building was handed over in the fourth quarter of 2025, so the construction-stage gain is entirely behind it. The range is closed and narrow: a single room count for an eight-storey building, so there will be almost no resale competition inside the complex. Five minutes by car to the city is the kind of distance that usually holds liquidity better than a more remote village in the region.
